Join us in celebrating 10 years of the Hike for Hospice Niagara on Sunday May 6th at Lakeside Park in Port Dalhousie. This Nationwide event brings together local communities in support of Hospice Palliative care to raise funds and raise awareness. All funds raised in Niagara stay in Niagara. Each year, hundreds of friends, supporters and volunteers join in this special fundraising event to “Celebrate a Life”, walk in honour of a loved one, and enjoy a great barbeque. All funds raised at the hike support Hospice Niagara’s programs and services including: The Stabler Centre Residence, Visiting Volunteer Services, Day Hospice, Bereavement Support and Palliative Care Information.
