This Adult Grief Circle provides peer support and guidance for men and women in the Niagara Region who are having difficulty coping with the death of a loved family member or friend. The eight week peer support program will focus on the grief journey and reconciling what was to what will be. Topics include: grief and mourning, grief symptoms, memories, self care and the grief journey. This program is offered three times a year.

The Grief Walk is an opportunity for peers to connect with each other as they walk and share their stories. The walk is run by trained volunteers. The walk is at a relaxed pace, where they walk for 20 - 30 minutes and convene for coffee afterwards. The Grief Walk meets on a weekly basis.

Registration is required for both programs. Referrals may be made by anyone including family members, health care professionals, clergy, friends or neighbours. There is no fee for services.
