Hospice Niagara provides information on palliative care service in Niagara. Consultation on education, information and resources for clients and caregivers is available. We maintain a lending library, and a speaker’s bureau is available to provide palliative education and information to the community.

The Hospice Niagara lending library offers resources for adults, as well as children and adolescents. The library is available to all hospice clients, staff and volunteers. Please call 905-984-8766 to see if the resource you want is available.
